The Opportunity

As a Client Solutions Specialist, you will be a key point of contact for customers, providing support and practical solutions throughout the customer journey. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys problem solving, relationship building,



and working closely with both customers and internal teams to deliver outstanding outcomes.

Key Responsibilities

- Deliver friendly, professional, and timely customer support
- Manage customer accounts end to end, including enquiries, order processing, and post sale follow up
- Build and maintain strong long term customer relationships
- Provide accurate product information and tailored solutions
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth order fulfilment and service delivery
- Identify opportunities to add value and support business growth

Skills & Experience

- Previous experience in customer service, account management, or sales support
- Robust communication and relationship building skills
- Solutions focused with excellent attention to detail
- Confident using CRM systems and digital tools (HubSpot experience highly regarded)
- Ability to work effectively in a fast paced team environment
