The Role: Creative, Digital, & Strategic

In this high-visibility role, you won't just be building slides. You will be a digital architect, taking dense policy documents and system specifications and turning them into "sticky," learner-centric experiences for a large, dispersed workforce.

What you'll be doing:

- Storylining & Development:



Rapidly building modules in Rise 360 and high-end interactions in Storyline.

- Multimedia Production: Producing polished video assets, screen recordings, and voiceovers.

- AI Acceleration: Using AI writing and image generation tools to push the boundaries of content speed and quality.

- SME Partnership: Collaborating with national subject matter experts to ensure content is accurate, inclusive, and professional.

What You Bring to the Table

- Articulate 360 Mastery: Proven experience building sophisticated digital learning in Rise and Storyline.

- The "Translation" Skill: The ability to digest complex source material-like legislative instruments-and make it simple for the end-user.

- Visual Flair: A sharp eye for graphic design, layout, and accessibility (WCAG).

- Innovation: A confident approach to using AI tools to automate and enhance the design process.
