My client is a well-regarded accounting and advisory practice known for its collaborative team culture and strong client relationships. Due to continued growth, they are seeking a Manager/Senior Manager to manage a portfolio of clients while supporting and mentoring junior members of the team.
The firm employs approximately 25 staff across accounting, financial advice and lending. The accounting team is led by 2 Directors and supported by a Senior Manager, a team of accountants from graduate to senior level, and a dedicated administration team. Due to continued growth, the firm is seeking an experienced accountant to step into a senior leadership role within the practice.
The firm services a broad client base including small to medium businesses and family groups across industries such as trades, medical, hospitality, professional services and non-profits.
The practice operates in a modern, cloud-based environment using Xero as the primary platform, along with CAS360, BGL, ATO Mate and Outlook.
In this role you will manage a portfolio of clients while working closely with the broader accounting team. Responsibilities include providing taxation consulting, compliance and business advisory services, reviewing financial statements and tax returns prepared by staff, and mentoring junior team members to support their professional development.
