As we continue to grow locally and internationally, we’re looking for an experienced marketing leader to join the team on a 12-month maternity leave contract.

The chance

Reporting to the Head of Marketing, you’ll lead the brand function across the Inika Organic and Raww portfolio, driving brand growth, product launches and integrated marketing campaigns across Australian and global markets. This is a hands‑on leadership role where you’ll manage a small team while working closely with Sales, eCommerce, Product Development and Content teams to bring brand strategies to life. What you’ll be responsible for

- Leading the execution of marketing and brand strategies for Inika Organic and Raww across Australian and global markets
- Managing product launches, promotional campaigns and go‑to‑market activity
- Briefing and partnering with our internal content team to bring the brands to life across social media and eCommerce platforms in all markets




- Briefing and working with the internal content team to deliver impactful influencer activity across all markets
- Managing above‑the‑line (ATL) media and creative agency relationships
- Driving integrated marketing campaigns across digital, social, PR, retail and trade channels
- Using consumer insights and market trends to identify growth opportunities
- Leading and developing a small brand team
- Managing budgets and campaign performance to deliver strong commercial outcomes
- Championing brand consistencyand excellence across all touchpoints

About you

You’ll be an experienced marketing professional who combines strategic thinking with ahands‑on approach.

You’ll bring:

- Experience in a Marketing Manager or Senior Brand Manager role
- Commercial acumen and a data‑driven mindset
- Strong experience deliveringintegrated marketing campaigns and product launches
- Experience briefing and workingwith content teams, influencers and creative or media agencies
- Previous people leadership experience
- Excellent project management and stakeholder management skills
- The ability to thrive in a fast‑paced workplace
- Experience within beauty, FMCG or consumer brands highly regarded
