Medical Receptionist/Administration Assistant
Little Kingdom Therapy is a privately owned, multidisciplinary allied health practice providing Psychology, Speech Pathology and Nutrition services to children and families across our three Melbourne clinics.
Due to continued growth, we are seeking a motivated and organised Medical Receptionist / Administration Assistant to join our friendly administration team.
This is an exciting opportunity for someone who enjoys working in a busy healthcare environment and takes pride in delivering exceptional customer service while maintaining a high level of accuracy.

About the Role
Your responsibilities will include:
- Greeting participants and visitors in a warm and skilled manner.
- Managing incoming telephone calls and email enquiries.
- Scheduling appointments and preparing new participant documentation.
- Processing invoices and receipting payments.
- Liaising with participants, families and plan managers.
- Managing outstanding accounts.
- Processing Medicare claims.
- Performing daily EFT reconciliations.
- Completing data entry and general administrative duties.
- Scanning and maintaining electronic client records in our paperless practice.
- Providing administrative support to our clinical team.
- Working directly with the Practice Manager.
About You
To be successful in this role, you will:
- Have previous reception or administration experience (healthcare experience is highly regarded but not essential).
- Demonstrate exceptional attention to detail and accuracy.
- Be able to follow established procedures consistently.
- Have excellent organisational and time management skills.
- Be confident managing multiple tasks and competing priorities.
- Possess excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Be proactive and willing to ask questions when clarification is required.
- Work well both independently and as part of a collaborative team.
- Be flexible to work across our Keilor Downs, Keilor East and Ascot Vale clinics.
- Be well presented, reliable and professional.
A current Working with Children Check and Police Check will be required prior to commencement.
