ABOUT US
Finn Business Sales is part of the largest business sales group in Australia, with 35 offices and team servicing every State and Territory.
We sell businesses. Every type of business there is. You name it, and since we started 20 years ago we've sold thousands of businesses.

YOUR ROLE
In a nutshell, we have a continual flow of leads coming in (you never do prospecting), you match business owners with buyers, and we charge a commission. There's more to it of course, such as helping them out and sitting above it all, but the concept is quite simple.

TRAINING
Founded by Steve Finn, you will work side-by-side with Steve as he trains you on how to be successful in this industry. He will work on your deals with you, and show you the ropes. You don't know anything about business sales? No problem, we will teach you. You don't know anything about business valuations? No problem, we help with that and teach you.

EARNING CAPACITY




Business brokers can earn more than $250,000 per year, there are several brokers that earn this in our industry. The commissions are big - usually a minimum commission of $10,000 to sell a business, the average is about $20,000, and sometimes it can be as high as $150,000 for large scale businesses.

Our program allows you to earn money quickly. We provide other services to our clients so we don't only live off sales commissions.

WHERE WILL YOU BE LOCATED?
Our office in Geelong. Most of your work is over the phone and emails, with several meetings each week face to face visiting a client's business, or meeting for a coffee. We have an office in Geelong and we'd like you there as much as possible, but most of our guys operate from a mixture of work office, home office and mobile.

ABOUT YOU
You need to be really keen (we're not after someone that wants to "give it a try"). A outstanding rapport builder, trust builder, and willing to keep a deal moving. The rest is pretty easy.
