Our Coopers Plains store services everyone from weekend adventurers to serious off-road enthusiasts, tradies and fleet customers, providing expert advice, quality products and professional installations.

About the Role

This is more than a retail sales role—it's about helping customers create vehicles that suit their lifestyle and adventures.

Working alongside our experienced sales and workshop teams, you will:

- Deliver exceptional customer service in-store, over the phone and via email.





- Recommend complete accessory solutions tailored to customer needs and vehicle applications.

- Prepare accurate quotations and process customer orders.

- Coordinate installation bookings with our workshop.

- Develop lasting relationships that generate repeat business and referrals.

- Maintain a professional showroom presentation.

- Stay current with new ARB products, vehicle releases and industry trends.

What We're Looking For

You’ll be successful if you have:

- Previous experience in automotive, aftermarket accessories, retail or trade sales.

- A passion for 4WDs, camping, touring or outdoor recreation.

- Outstanding communication and relationship-building skills.

- A genuine desire to provide exceptional customer service.

- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.

- Confidence using computer systems and learning new software.

- The ability to work well in a team and contribute to a positive workplace culture.

- A current manual driver's licence (preferred).

Experience with ARB products, suspension, bull bars, canopies, electrical accessories or vehicle fit-outs will be highly regarded but is not essential.
