Assistant Property Manager or Property Manager

We’re looking for an enthusiastic Assistant Property Manager or Property Manager with at least 1–2 years’ experience to join our fun, supportive, and hardworking team.

What you’ll get:

- Full-time position
- Monday to Thursday: 8:30 am–5:00 pm
- Early finish every Friday at 3:00 pm
- One work-from-home day each week
- Company vehicle available during business hours
- Phone and laptop provided
- Regular team lunches, social outings, and office catchups
- A supportive environment where everyone works together

You’ll be joining a close-knit team consisting of a Senior Property Manager and Property Management Assistant, with plenty of support and collaboration each day.





We’re also open to discussing a role that includes routine inspection support, depending on your experience and strengths.

About you:

- Minimum of 1–2 years’ property management experience (essential)
- Current Real Estate Certificate (essential)
- Positive attitude and strong work ethic
- A team player who genuinely enjoys helping others
- Organised, proactive, and reliable
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Someone who takes pride in their work and isn’t afraid to jump in where needed
