Mayflower Brighton is seeking a sharp Rostering Officer to join our newly formed Customer Services team. Rostering is a rapid-moving function requiring quick thinking and good judgement, with a calm, methodical approach.
You will build and maintain accurate staff rosters to ensure residents receive the right care, at the right time, from the right people—every shift, every day. This role supports a not-for-profit aged care provider and offers training, development opportunities and a Brighton
