Due to continued business growth, our client is seeking a motivated and customer-focused Part-Time Customer Service Representative to join their friendly and collaborative team based in Melbourne's Southeast.

About the Role
As the first point of contact for customers, you will play a key role in delivering exceptional service while ensuring the accurate and efficient processing of customer orders. This is a varied role where you will manage inbound enquiries, provide product and order support, and assist with a range of administrative tasks.
Key Responsibilities

- Manage inbound customer enquiries via phone and email.
- Process customer orders accurately and efficiently.




- Maintain customer records within the CRM system.
- Provide exceptional customer service and resolve enquiries promptly.
- Perform general administrative and data entry duties.
- Liaise with internal departments to ensure a seamless customer experience.

About You
To be successful in this role, you will have:

- A minimum of 1–2 years' experience in a customer service role.
- At least 2 years' experience in data entry or order processing with a high level of accuracy.
- Experience using a CRM system (experience with any CRM platform is welcomed).
- MYOB experience will be highly regarded but is not essential.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organisational skills with exceptional attention to detail.
- The ability to prioritise tasks and work efficiently in a rapid-paced environment.
- A positive, team-oriented attitude and a genuine passion for helping customers.
