What you'll be doing

- Working as part of a dedicated team to achieve baggage turnaround targets for arriving and departing flights.
- Safely loading and unloading passenger baggage and cargo.
- Repetitively lifting items weighing up to 32kg.
- Following all safety, security and operational procedures.
- Progressing your career into Ramp Services, including opportunities to operate Ground Support Equipment (GSE) and support aircraft turnaround activities.
- Working a Permanent Part-Time roster with a minimum of 24 hours per week, increasing to up to 35 hours per week during peak periods.
- Working across a rotating roster covering 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, including early morning shifts (from 3:00am) and late finishes (up to 1:30am).
- Working five days out of seven each week, with limited shift swap opportunities.
- Maintaining a safe, secure and professional working environment at all times.

What we need from you

- Have full working rights in Australia.
- Be reliable, resilient and motivated with a strong work ethic.
- Be available to work 24–35 hours per week across a 24/7 roster.
- Be physically capable of repetitively lifting up to 32kg over extended periods, with scheduled breaks.
- Hold a valid Australian Driver's Licence (Provisional or Full Licence) and maintain a good driving record.
- Be willing to complete a pre-employment medical assessment, including drug and alcohol screening.
- Be willing to obtain a National Police Check and, where required, an International Police Check.
- Thrive in a fast-paced environment and consistently meet operational deadlines.
- Work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
- Demonstrate a strong commitment to customer service.
- Possess excellent written and verbal English communication skills.
- Present professionally and maintain high personal standards.
- Be comfortable working outdoors in varying weather conditions.
