Zenith Vinyl Pty Ltd Zenith Vinyl Pty Ltd is seeking a skilled Metal Machinist (First Class) / CNC Machine Operator/Programmer to operate CNC machinery and manufacture precision components. The role involves machine setup, machining operations, reading technical drawings, performing quality checks, and ensuring products meet required specifications and standards. Stable employment with an established Australian manufacturing company. Task & responsibilities Set up and operate CNC machining equipment, including CNC milling and turning machines. Read and interpret engineering drawings, technical specifications, and production instructions.

Perform machining operations to produce precision components. Select and change cutting tools, fixtures, and machine settings as required. Conduct quality checks using measuring equipment such as micrometers, verniers, and gauges.

Identify and resolve machining issues to maintain production efficiency. Perform routine machine maintenance and maintain a clean and safe work environment.



Follow workplace health and safety procedures and quality control requirements.

Qualification & experience Relevant trade qualification in machining, engineering, or manufacturing (preferred). Previous experience as a Metal Machinist (First Class) / CNC Machine Operator/Programmer, or similar role. Experience operating CNC milling and/or turning machines.

Ability to interpret technical drawings and use precision measuring instruments. Strong understanding of machining processes, tooling, and quality standards. Ability to work independently and as part of a production team.

Strong attention to detail and commitment to producing quality work.
