About the role

We are seeking an enthusiastic and organised administration professional to join our team in a unique full-time, ongoing role supporting the kindergarten in administration and regulatory compliance.

The Kindergarten Administration and Compliance Officer plays a key role in assisting with the centre's smooth operation by providing administrative support and ensuring compliance with legislative, funding and National Quality Framework (NQF) requirements.

About you

We are seeking someone who thrives in a busy workplace, has exceptional attention to detail, approaches challenges thoughtfully, and values collaboration to achieve positive outcomes. You will bring a proactive solutions-based mindset, enjoy a role with variety, and be able to manage competing priorities and deadlines. Having solid administrative experience,



you will play a key role in the smooth operation and compliance of our Kindergarten.

This role is well suited to someone looking to commence or continue a Certificate III in Early Childhood Education. The College will support your studies while providing valuable hands‑on experience, helping you develop the skills and practical knowledge to work with the children, assisting the educators on occasion.

It would equally suit a qualified early childhood professional who enjoys administration, organisation and regulatory compliance and is looking to apply their understanding of Victorian kindergarten regulations and the National Quality Framework in a unique and rewarding role.
