The Opportunity

We’re looking for an experienced culinary lead creative Head Chef to join our award-winning team and lead the culinary operations across our diverse portfolio. This is a hands-on leadership role where you’ll have full autonomy over all kitchen operations and in consultation with our culinary leadership team with menu design and production to innovation and execution.

What You’ll Do

- Lead and inspire a passionate culinary team across multiple venues.
- Develop seasonal menus that celebrate creativity, quality, and efficiency.
- Manage kitchen operations, budgets, and labour to deliver exceptional results.




- Maintain the highest standards of food safety, presentation, and consistency.
- Collaborate with Event Managers and Operations to deliver seamless experiences.

About You

- A proven Head Chef with large-scale or multi-venue experience.
- Strong leadership and mentoring skills — calm, organized, and creative under pressure.
- A love for events, presentation, and delivering premium hospitality experiences.
- Excellent financial and operational understanding.
- A collaborative attitude and a drive to continually raise the bar.

This is a full time position, working across a 7-day roster including day shifts, evenings and weekends depending on business requirements.
