ENGAGE Education & Consulting Services is seeking a highly organized, analytical, and proactive Project Coordinator / PMO Analyst to support project delivery, governance, and strategic initiatives across the organization. You will work closely with Project Managers and business leaders to coordinate projects, monitor progress, maintain PMO standards, and ensure successful execution of key business initiatives. This role is ideal for individuals who enjoy project coordination, business operations, process improvement, and working in a collaborative, fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

- Project CoordinationCoordinate and support projects from initiation through completion, ensuring timelines and deliverables are met. Develop and maintain project plans, schedules, milestones, and resource trackers. Organize project meetings, prepare agendas, document meeting minutes, and follow up on action items.
- Monitor project progress, identify potential risks, and elevate issues when necessary. Support project budgeting, resource planning, and schedule management. Coordinate communication between internal teams, clients, and external stakeholders.
- PMO Governance & ReportingSupport the implementation and maintenance of PMO standards, methodologies, and best practices. Maintain project documentation, risk registers, issue logs, change requests, and project repositories. Track project performance using Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).
- Prepare project status reports, dashboards, executive summaries, and management presentations. Ensure compliance with organizational governance processes and project management standards. Assist with portfolio management, resource allocation, and project audits.




- Business Analysis & Process ImprovementAnalyze project data and operational performance to identify trends and improvement opportunities. Support business process improvement and operational excellence initiatives. Assist in preparing business cases, project proposals, and strategic reports.
- Evaluate project outcomes and recommend enhancements to improve project delivery. Contribute to business transformation and organizational improvement projects.
- Stakeholder CollaborationWork closely with Project Managers, consultants, and cross-functional teams to ensure effective project execution.
- Build and maintain solid relationships with internal and external stakeholders. Facilitate effective communication across project teams. Support change management activities and stakeholder engagement initiatives.

Qualifications

- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Project Management, Management, Engineering, Information Systems, Operations, or a related field. Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.1–3 years of experience in project coordination, PMO, business analysis, operations, or administrative support is preferred. Strong organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities. Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook). Experience with Microsoft Project, Jira, Asana, Trello, Monday.com, Smartsheet, or similar project management tools is an advantage.
- Familiarity with Power BI, Tableau, or reporting tools is a plus. Knowledge of Agile, Scrum, Waterfall,



or hybrid project management methodologies is preferred. CAPM, PRINCE2 Foundation, Agile, Scrum, or PMP certifications are an advantage.
