What You’ll Do

Lead and continuously improve emergency and incident management and security across the Midstream and Energy Solutions division. You will ensure effective emergency preparedness and response capability through robust plans, training, exercises, governance, and compliance programs. Working closely with operational teams, leaders and external stakeholders, you'll oversee and provide expert advice on emergency management and security matters.

What You’ll Bring

- Significant experience and expertise in emergency and incident management, security, or a related field within oil and gas or another high-risk industry.
- Proven ability to develop, implement, and improve emergency management and security systems.
- Experience working with regulators, emergency services, and other external stakeholders.
- Tertiary qualification in Emergency Response, Security Management, or a related discipline.
- Relevant incident response competencies and a current Class C Driver Licence.

Ideally, you will be degree qualified or demonstrate significant training and experience within directly relevant role(s), within large corporate environments.
