Ampersand has partnered with a highly regarded financial services organisation seeking a Marketing Manager to join their high-performing Marketing team.
Reporting into the Senior Marketing Manager, you will support the creation of engaging, on-brand written content, and the development and production of marketing materials, across a range of marketing and communication channels.

What you’ll be doing
- Writing clear, engaging copy across digital, social, email, web & print
- Leading and contributing to integrated marketing campaigns end‑to‑end
- Own and deliver end‑to‑end B2B2C marketing initiatives
- Collaborating with designers, marketers, and stakeholders to deliver impactful work
- Researching audiences, competitors, and market trends to shape strategy
- Driving campaign ideas, concepts, and content themes
- Editing and refining content to ensure clarity, consistency, and quality
- Owning brand voice and ensuring consistency across all communications
- Managing multiple projects and deadlines in a rapid‑paced environment
What they’re looking for
This role suits a true marketing generalist who can think, write, and deliver.
- A degree in marketing or communications
- 10+ years’ experience in a similar role
- Experience in marketing financial services products directly to consumers
- Exposure working in financial services or insurance in a similar role
- Strong focus on commercial thinking + stakeholder engagement
- A solid understanding of marketing, advertising, or content strategy principles
- Familiarity with brand positioning, tone of voice, and audience‑focused communication
- Ability to execute end‑to‑end projects and marketing campaigns
- Robust written communication skills with the ability to adapt tone and style for different audiences and platforms
- Solid editing and proofreading skills with attention to grammar, spelling, and detail
- Solid technical skills, including experience with Microsoft Office or Google Workspace
- Familiarity with content management systems (CMS), email marketing tools, or social media platforms
- Good time‑management skills and the ability to juggle multiple tasks and deadlines
