What you'll do

- Manage the daily operations of the fleet, ensuring all vehicles are maintained and compliant with safety regulations.
- Develop strategies to enhance fleet efficiency and reduce operational costs.
- Coordinate with vendors and service providers for vehicle repairs and maintenance.
- Monitor fleet performance metrics and implement improvements as needed.
- Prepare reports on fleet operations for management review.

Requirements

- Bachelor's degree in logistics, transportation,



or a related field.
- A minimum of 5 years of experience in fleet management or a similar role.
- Strong knowledge of vehicle maintenance and regulatory compliance.
- Proficient in fleet management software and tools.
- Excellent organizational and communication skills.

Nice to have

- Experience in managing a diverse fleet of vehicles.
- Familiarity with telematics and fleet tracking systems.
