About the Role
Based at our Brighton Road Early Education Centre, you'll be part of a passionate and collaborative team dedicated to providing exceptional early childhood education and care.
You'll be responsible for:
Supporting the implementation of a child-led, play-based curriculum aligned with the Early Years Learning Framework (EYLF)
Creating inclusive, nurturing learning environments that support every child's individual strengths, interests and development
Building positive, respectful relationships with children, families, and colleagues
Promoting children's health, safety, wellbeing and belonging every day
Contributing to a strong child safe culture by actively supporting children's rights, responding to concerns appropriately, and following our Child Safe policies and practices
Engaging in reflective practice and continuous improvement to provide the highest quality education and care
About You
You'll bring:
Certificate III or Diploma in Early Childhood Education and Care (or an ACECQA-approved equivalent)
Blue Card
Completion of National Mandatory Child Safety Training
Experience in an early childhood education setting
Knowledge of the Early Years Learning Framework (EYLF), or a genuine willingness to learn and grow
Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
A collaborative, positive and proactive approach to teamwork
A commitment to creating environments where every child feels safe, respected, included and empowered
