The role

You’ll lead a team of Food & Beverage Attendants from set-up through to pack down, ensuring every event is delivered with confidence, professionalism and attention to detail.

You’ll coordinate service with the kitchen, keep the event running to schedule, manage your team throughout the shift and calmly solve whatever the night throws at you.

Most importantly, you’ll help create an experience that feels effortless for our clients and memorable for every guest.

What we’re looking for

You’ll likely have experience supervising hospitality, weddings or events and enjoy leading by example.

You stay calm under pressure,



communicate clearly and take ownership when something needs to be solved.

You care about the details because you know they’re what guests remember.

You’ll also have:

- Previous hospitality or event supervision experience
- Availability to work evenings and weekends
- A current RSA (or willingness to obtain one)
