Not someone who simply schedules Instagram posts. We're looking for a creative marketer who thinks differently, spots opportunities before everyone else and can turn great ideas into campaigns people actually remember. If your brain is constantly full of "What if we did this?" ideas... you'll probably fit right in.

This is a hands-on advertising and marketing position responsible for driving the creative direction and marketing strategy across all Little Bang Espresso locations. You'll have the freedom to develop campaigns, grow our social media presence, increase customer engagement and make our brand impossible to ignore. You'll work closely with the directors and operations team to bring fresh ideas to life while maintaining a consistent and recognisable brand.

Task & responsibilities

What you'll be doing Social Media & Content Plan and manage content across Instagram, Facebook, TikTok and emerging platforms. Create engaging photo and video content.

Produce reels, stories and behind-the-scenes content. Build genuine community engagement. Monitor trends and adapt content quickly.

Respond to comments and messages where required. Marketing & Campaigns Develop creative seasonal campaigns. Coordinate production of campaigns from activities, artwork, copywriting to delivery Launch promotions across multiple café locations.

Create marketing calendars and promotional schedules. Coordinate product launches and special events. Measure campaign performance and optimise future campaigns.

Branding & Design Maintain consistent branding across all stores. Work with photographers, designers and content creators when required. Produce marketing collateral including posters, menus, digital displays and promotional material.

Ensure all customer touchpoints reflect the Little Bang Espresso brand. Digital Marketing Assist with website updates. Manage email marketing campaigns.

Improve online visibility and customer engagement. Explore new digital marketing opportunities.

Traditional Marketing Develop local area marketing initiatives.





Coordinate partnerships and collaborations. Organise community activations and events. Identify creative advertising opportunities outside social media.

Qualification & experience

- 1-3 years' experience in marketing, advertising, digital marketing or a similar creative role.
- Experience creating engaging social media content.
- Excellent written communication skills.
- Strong photography and videography skills (or willingness to learn).
- A genuine eye for design and aesthetics.
- The ability to manage multiple projects at once.
- Confidence working independently.
- Excellent organisation and attention to detail.
- Experience using Canva, Adobe Creative Suite or similar design software.
- The ability to create a strategic marketign and advertising plan and see it through A Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Advertising, Communications or a business related field will be highly regarded, but practical experience, creativity and results matter far more to us than qualifications.
