Casual Disability Support Workers – Home Care - Mill Park VIC

Location: Mill Park, Victoria

Shift Type: Assistance with Self Care

Days: 3 x Weekday Shifts and 1x Weekend Shift

Support Type: Assisting with daily living activities and community access assistance

About the role:

We are currently looking for reliable and dedicated Support Workers to join our team on a casual basis to support a male participant in the north, Mill Park VIC.

Assisting individuals with daily living activities, personal care, and hygiene needs.

Assisting with manual handling for mobility assistance.

Supporting clients in their community engagement and participation in social and recreational activities.

Administering medication and following healthcare plans under the guidance of qualified healthcare professionals.

Implementing behaviour support plans and providing emotional support and encouragement.

Assisting with household tasks, meal preparation, and maintaining a safe and clean environment.

Mandatory requirements:

Diploma/Certificate IV/ Certificate III in Mental Health, Community Services, or Disability Support.

Positive Behaviour Support Training

Victorian Driver’s License with comprehensive car insurance





NDIS Worker Screening Check

Valid Victorian Working with Children Check

Manual handling certificate and Medication administration certificate
