What you’ll be doing

In this role, you’ll support customers and the sales team by:

- Handling incoming trade and retail enquiries by phone, email and in-store
- Processing sales orders accurately and efficiently
- Keeping customers informed on order status,



delivery times and product availability
- Preparing quotes and coordinating with external sales, procurement and production teams
- Supporting showroom enquiries and walk-in customers
- Maintaining accurate product and customer information in our ERP system
- Assisting with general administration and continuous improvement of systems and processes

This role is supportive, structured and relationship-based — not cold calling or high-pressure sales.

What we’re looking for

We’re looking for someone who is reliable, organised and customer-focused, with:

- Experience in customer service, sales support or administration
- Confidence speaking with customers over the phone and email
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- A positive attitude and professional communication style
- Experience using an ERP system (MYOB Advanced / Acumatica highly regarded – training provided)
- Experience in the cabinet making, building or trade supply industry is an advantage, but not essential for the right person.
