We're looking for an experienced Pre-Construction Manager to lead the front end of high-quality commercial office fitout projects across Brisbane.

Working closely with our Directors, you'll take ownership of projects from initial client engagement through to handover to our delivery team, ensuring every project is commercially sound, strategically planned and set up for success.

About the Role

You'll lead all pre-construction activities including estimating, design coordination, cost planning, procurement strategy and client engagement. This is a highly visible leadership role where you'll collaborate with clients, consultants and internal teams to deliver exceptional outcomes.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead the pre-construction phase of commercial office fitout projects.
- Oversee estimating, cost planning and tender submissions.
- Manage design coordination and value engineering.
- Develop procurement strategies and project programmes.
- Build strong relationships with clients, consultants and subcontractors.
- Identify project risks and drive commercial outcomes.
- Lead seamless handovers to the Project Delivery team.




- Mentor and support the pre-construction team.

About You

You'll bring

- 5+ years' experience in commercial construction or office fitouts.
- Experience in a Pre-Construction, Design Management, Estimating or similar leadership role.
- Strong commercial and construction knowledge.
- Experience working within Design & Construct projects.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- A cooperative, solutions-focused approach.
