Department Overview

The Pre-Sales Engineering team works hand-in-hand with the Sales Organization and our customers. Our engineers assess customer business requirements and provide cutting-edge communications solutions that make a difference in the moments that matter. The Pre-Sales Engineering team has the technology, architecture and design responsibility for all systems sales support engagements nationwide.

As a PreSales Architect, you will undertake high level engineering tasks (such as Solution Design, System Architecture Design,



High Level Designs and Detail Designs) in support of major system opportunities. The PreSales Architect will have ownership of the solution’s technical design and support the account team in developing and securing opportunities. In this role, you will be expected to issue and conduct end-to-end management of solutions and designs during the tender/pre-sales phase. You will work closely with other PreSales Engineers/TAs, Customer, Account Team, Bid Management and SI Planning to discover business requirements and customer needs in order to deliver competitive solutions and execute on the scope of responsibilities.

Basic Requirements

- 10 years in involvement with a wide range of radio and IP communications solutions including their architecture design, specification and implementation
- Extensive experience in Solution Management, PreSales Engineering, Technic
