We are seeking a Finance Manager to join our team at one of Melbourne's premier mixed-use precincts.

Reporting to the General Manager, you will be a trusted advisor to the client while leading a dedicated finance team of 2. You will be managing the delivery of management and financial reports of two commercial sites of over 80,000 square metres.





This role will be based in office in Melbourne CBD.

Key Responsibilities

- Prepare and review monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports with comprehensive variance analysis and commentary
- Lead annual budget preparation and conduct 10-year reforecasts to optimize financial planning across the assets.
- Review and approve journals, balance sheet reconciliations, and end-of-month checklists ensuring accuracy and compliance
- Manage tenant recovery processes including outgoings and promotion fund budgets, plus calculate percentage rent for applicable tenants
- Execute month-end and year-end closing procedures while processing rent smoothing journals for IFRS compliance
- Maintain tight control over precinct operating costs and communicate financial performance to management stakeholders
- Process owner remittance
