Our Customers
Our business is primarily B2B, working with the travel trade including travel advisors, travel agencies, wholesale partners and other industry partners.
The role also includes occasional direct retail clients, particularly where we are managing a group enquiry or booking directly with the group organiser.
You will need to confidently communicate with both experienced travel professionals and private leisure clients, positioning yourself as a trusted travel expert and partner, not simply the person processing a booking.

- Share knowledge, supplier relationships and destination expertise.
