Our Pre Construction team at Redink Homes is growing!

As we continue to expand, we're looking for a passionate Client Experience Coordinator (Pre Construction) to help deliver an outstanding journey for our clients during one of life's biggest milestones, building their new home. Guiding clients through the preconstruction journey, you will ownership of the prestart process from contract signing through to building commencement.

About The Role

Using your expertise in home design selections, you'll help bring each client's unique vision to life.

By taking ownership of the client experience, you'll create a personalised, seamless, and memorable prestart journey from concept to slab down. Through clear communication and strong relationship building, you'll act as the key link between our clients and internal teams, including Sales, Drafting, Estimating, Approvals, Scheduling, and Construction.

This is a fast-paced, collaborative role offering exposure across multiple teams and products, making it a great opportunity for someone who is organised, customer-focused, and passionate about delivering exceptional service.

Desired Skills and Experience:

- Experience in delivering exceptional customer service
- Demonstrated strong, professional communication skills
- High level organisational skills and attention to detail under time sensitive projects
- Ability to adapt and produce quality work

Highly Regarded:





- Experience in the WA residential building industry. Particularly in prestart, residential building administration, building processes, or fit-out/finishes
- Familiarity with Constructive, ClickHomes or other building software
