Enertia Talent is looking for an Principal Consultant to join our energy, renewables, and infrastructure division.

We work across the energy supply chain with strong relationships across transmission, distribution, renewables, storage, and EVs. You’ll join a close-knit, experienced team with deep sector knowledge, long-standing client partnerships, and a strong reputation built on trust, delivery, and a genuine passion for the industry.

You'll work closely with the Executive Director and play a key role in building out the future workforce powering Australia’s energy transition.

What you'll be doing

- Recruit high-impact talent across energy and infrastructure – retained and contingent
- Partner with new and existing clients to understand hiring needs and build relationships
- Deliver on roles across the project lifecycle – from origination to FID.
- Be supported by strong brand content, a podcast, and marketing that helps you open doors and add value
- Help shape a growing function with influence and purpose

What we're looking for

- Experience in recruitment or commercial roles ideally with an interest in energy, infrastructure or ESG
- Robust communication and relationship-building skills
- A proactive, curious mindset. You like solving problems and making things happen
