Process Worker - Afternoon Shift

Our client is seeking reliable Process Workers for an ongoing casual opportunity based in Mansfield, Brisbane Southside. This is a Monday to Friday afternoon shift role offering regular rostered hours, weekly pay, and a genuine pathway to permanent employment for the right candidates.

About the Role

- Casual position with regular, ongoing work
- Monday to Friday roster
- Afternoon shift commencing at 2:00pm
- Fast-paced production and processing environment
- Located in Mansfield, Brisbane
- Opportunity to transition to a permanent position

Pay Rate

- $35.00 - $37.00 per hour
- Weekly pay

Key Responsibilities

- Processing and handling products in a fast-paced environment
- Following documented procedures and work instructions accurately
- Conducting quality checks and identifying inconsistencies
- Packaging, labelling, and preparing products for dispatch
- Maintaining a clean and organised work area
- Adhering to workplace safety and quality standards




- Working collaboratively within a team to meet production targets

About You

- Previous process work, manufacturing, or production experience highly regarded
- Solid attention to detail and commitment to quality
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
- Comfortable following written procedures and accurately completing production documentation
- Clear communication skills and the ability to understand and follow instructions
- Reliable, punctual, and committed to ongoing employment
- Available to work Monday to Friday afternoon shifts
