Ecocycle, located in Campbellfield, is an established, progressive, forward-thinking company providing a range of battery in devices recycling solutions for industry, with sites across Australia and New Zealand. We are looking for full-time employee to fulfil the above positions with an immediate start. This is a full-time position for a reliable and hardworking candidate.

This hands-on outdoor role is suited to someone with a strong labouring background who is physically fit, active, and comfortable working in a industrial environment.

About the Role:

· Cleaning and maintaining the recycling yard

· General labouring duties in an outdoor environment

· Working around machinery and supporting site operations

· Keeping work areas secure, tidy and compliant

· Willing and available to work overtime and weekends when required

About You:

· Previous labouring experience preferred

· Physically fit and comfortable with manual work

· Not afraid to get dirty and work outdoors in all conditions

· Mandatory Requirements:

· Australian Citizen or Permanent Resident with no working restrictions

· Current LF Forklift Licence (required)

Successful applicants must be physically fit and be able to stand and perform fast paced repetitive tasks. Emphasis on cleanliness and attention to detail is essential, general housekeeping of the working area must be carried out daily. The successful applicant must work well in a team.

Hours of employment are Monday to Friday, 7.00am – 4.00pm depending on the workload, with occasional Saturday work also required. Flexibility and enthusiasm are a must. Successful applicant will be subject to a Medical (including drug & alcohol) & Police Background Check.

Duties, Responsibilities. Required Skills & Experience:

· Adherence to Ecocycle Policies and Procedures

· Safe Operation of Ecocycle vehicles

· Using PPE as prescribed.

· Perform yard tasks as required

· Perform product processing tasks

· Perform cleaning tasks

· Perform forklift operations

· Ensure Workplace Health and Safety guidelines are adhered to

· Notify the site manager of any plant maintenance requirements.

· Operate plant and equipment as per Safe Work procedures.
