ABOUT THE ROLE

Backam Group is currently seeking reliable and motivated Process Workers for an ongoing opportunity with a food manufacturing and distribution facility based in Campbelltown, NSW.

This role offers full-time hours, a supportive team environment, and long-term employment opportunities for candidates looking for stable work.

You will be working with food products in a fast-paced production environment where quality, hygiene, and safety are critical.

? Location: Campbelltown, NSW

? Role: Process Worker - Food Manufacturing

? Employment Type: Casual (Ongoing)

⏰ Hours: Monday - Friday | 8:00am - 4:00pm

? Pay Rate: $32.00 - $35.00 per hour casual

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

- Processing and packaging food products
- Production line work
- Quality checking products
- Picking, packing, and labelling
- Manual handling and repetitive tasks
- Following GMP and HACCP procedures
- Maintaining a clean and hygienic work environment
- Adhering to food safety and workplace safety requirements





ABOUT YOU

You are reliable, safety-focused, and comfortable working within a food production environment.

To be successful, you will have:

✅ Previous process work, production, manufacturing, or food processing experience

✅ Strong work ethic and reliability

✅ Good attention to detail

✅ Ability to work in a fast-paced production environment

✅ Commitment to food safety and quality standards

✅ Reliable transport and punctual attendance

Highly regarded:

- GMP (Good Manufacturing Practices) Certificate
- HACCP knowledge or Certificate
- Previous food manufacturing or food production experience
