Procurement Business Partner
An exciting opportunity has become available for an experienced Procurement Business Partner to join a well-established Western Australian organisation. This permanent position offers the opportunity to work closely with stakeholders across the business, providing expert procurement advice while delivering end-to-end sourcing and contract management activities. You'll play a key role in driving best-practice procurement, ensuring compliance and delivering value-for-money outcomes.

Key Responsibilities
- Partner with business units to deliver strategic procurement and commercial outcomes.
- Manage end-to-end procurement activities, including RFQs, RFTs and Expressions of Interest (EOIs).
- Develop procurement strategies and sourcing plans aligned with business objectives.
- Conduct market research and supplier evaluations to identify best-value solutions.
- Support contract negotiations, contract management and supplier performance.
- Provide procurement advice and guidance to stakeholders across the business.
- Ensure procurement activities comply with organisational policies, governance frameworks and best practice.
- Identify opportunities to improve procurement processes and drive continuous improvement initiatives.
About You
To be successful in this role, you will have:
- Experience in a Procurement, Contracts or Strategic Sourcing position.
- Demonstrated experience managing end-to-end procurement activities.
- Strong knowledge of procurement governance and contract management principles.
- Excellent stakeholder engagement and relationship management skills.
- Strong communication, negotiation and influencing abilities.
- Experience using procurement and contract management systems.
- Tertiary qualifications in Procurement, Business, Commerce, Supply Chain or a related discipline are desirable.
- Experience within Legal, Governance or ICT procurement environments will be highly regarded.
