Role Description The Procurement Specialist / Vendor Manager at FLOORCOLLECTION will oversee sourcing, selecting, and managing suppliers for high-quality flooring products serving the Danish flooring industry and B2B market. In this part time remote role, the specialist will evaluate vendor proposals, negotiate pricing and contract terms, and ensure timely delivery and consistent product quality. The role includes managing supplier relationships, monitoring vendor performance, and optimizing procurement processes to support cost efficiency and reliability.

Day-to-day tasks involve analyzing purchasing data, coordinating with internal stakeholders on requirements, updating procurement documentation, and maintaining accurate records of contracts and agreements. The specialist will also identify new suppliers, assess market trends, and contribute to continuous improvement in vendor management practices.

Qualifications

Strong analytical skills to evaluate vendor performance,



pricing, and procurement data.

Proficiency in procurement processes, including sourcing, purchasing, and supplier evaluation.

Experience in contract negotiation to secure favorable terms, pricing, and service levels.

Skills in contract management to maintain, monitor, and update vendor agreements and compliance.

Effective communication skills for collaborating with suppliers and internal stakeholders.

Experience with remote work tools and the ability to manage tasks independently.

Knowledge of B2B sales or the flooring/construction materials industry is an advantage.

Relevant education in supply chain management, business, or a related field is preferred.

Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and a focus on quality and reliability.
