We are currently seeking a Product Analyst to support HCAU’s product portfolio and assist with product administration, reporting, vendor & partner coordination, and dealer-facing change management. In this role, you will be instrumental in supporting the ongoing administration and day-to-day management of assigned finance and insurance products to support business growth and strategic decision-making.

What you’ll do:

- Support the ongoing administration of key products the Business Manager Reward Program and Motor Vehicle Insurance.
- Assist with vendor and insurance partner relationship management, including coordination of enquiries and day-to day liaison.
- Support product development activities, new product initiatives and enhancements including managing system change documentation, testing, process improvement.
- Develop working knowledge of auto-finance products to support product decision-making.
- Manage internal marketing, reporting, and performance tracking for assigned programs.
- Conduct product performance analysis and provide support to sales planning and product management.
- Support the rollout of new and updated products, processes and systems to the dealer network.
- Write clear, accurate dealer-facing training materials, including process guides, quick reference guides and FAQs.
- Assist in planning and coordinating change management activities to support dealer adoption of product changes.
- Identify opportunities for continuous improvement in reporting, documentation, training and stakeholder communication.

Your skills & experience:

- Demonstrated success in automotive finance, banking,



financial services, captive finance or a related commercial product environment.
- Experience managing system change, testing, documentation, process improvement and cross-functional implementation activities.
- Experience working across matrix organisations with Sales, Marketing, Risk, Operations, Finance, Legal, Technology, OEMs, dealers or external partners.
- Exposure to novated lease products, retail insurance or dealership operations is highly regarded.
- Tertiary qualification in Business, Commerce, Finance, Economics or a related discipline is preferred, but not essential where equivalent industry experience can be demonstrated.
- An understanding of auto-finance products and how they work (e.g. consumer loans, business loans, floor plan, leasing etc.)
- Strong written communication skills, with the ability to translate product/technical detail into clear, easy to understand guides and training materials.
- A collaborative, professional approach, with the ability to build effective working relationships across internal teams, dealer facing teams, and external vendors/stakeholders.
- Excel and PowerPoint capability; experience with data warehouses, reporting tools, core finance systems and dealer portals is highly regarded.
