Red Energy is seeking a Senior UX/UI Designer to lead end-to-end UX/UI design for our website experiences, reporting to the Digital Experience Manager. You will establish the UX/UI capability from the ground up, define foundational design systems, and create scalable Figma component libraries optimised for our Contentful CMS.

You will run discovery workshops, conduct user research, perform audits, track UX performance, mentor the team as it grows, and partner with Digital Product and Advertising
