ENGAGE Education & Consulting Services is seeking a highly organized, analytical, and detail-oriented PMO Analyst to support our Project Management Office (PMO) in driving project governance, portfolio reporting, and operational excellence. You will work closely with Project Managers, department leaders, and cross-functional teams to monitor project performance, ensure compliance with PMO standards, and provide valuable insights that support successful project delivery.

This role is ideal for individuals passionate about project management, business analysis, governance, and continuous improvement.

Key Responsibilities

- Support the implementation and continuous improvement of PMO policies, frameworks, and project management methodologies.
- Ensure projects comply with organizational governance standards, processes, and documentation requirements.
- Maintain project documentation, templates, risk registers, issue logs, and change management records.
- Coordinate project reviews, governance meetings, and project audits.
- Assist Project Managers throughout the project lifecycle to ensure effective project delivery.

Project Monitoring & Reporting

- Monitor project progress, budgets, timelines, risks, and resource utilization.
- Track Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and project health metrics.
- Prepare project dashboards, portfolio reports, executive summaries, and management presentations.
- Consolidate project status updates and provide timely reporting to senior management.
- Identify project risks and recommend corrective actions where appropriate.

Portfolio & Business Analysis





- Support portfolio planning, resource allocation, and project prioritization.
- Analyze project and operational data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.
- Assist in business case preparation, project evaluations, and post-project reviews.
- Contribute to process improvement and organizational transformation initiatives.
- Support strategic planning through data analysis and performance reporting.

Stakeholder Collaboration

- Collaborate with Project Managers, consultants, and cross-functional teams to ensure effective communication and project alignment.
- Coordinate with internal stakeholders to gather project information and reporting updates.
- Support knowledge management and maintain centralized PMO documentation.
- Foster a collaborative environment that promotes project success and operational excellence.

Qualifications

- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Project Management, Management, Engineering, Information Systems, Operations, or a related field.
- Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
- 1–3 years of experience in PMO, project coordination, business analysis, operations, or project administration is preferred.
- Solid analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management abilities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook).
- Experience with Microsoft Project, Jira, Asana,



Trello, Monday.com, Smartsheet, or similar project management tools is an advantage.
- Familiarity with Power BI, Tableau, SQL, or business intelligence tools is a plus.
- Knowledge of Agile, Scrum, Waterfall, or hybrid project management methodologies is preferred.
- Professional certifications such as CAPM, PRINCE2 Foundation, Agile, Scrum, or PMP are an advantage.
