Based in Dandenong, you will be joining our progressive and supportive Victorian team, that thrives on working together to ensure the best possible outcomes achieved for the business and our customers.

We are looking for an energetic, highly organised, customer focused individual to take on the position of Scheduling Coordinator.

This position is critical to our success and as such it is a fulltime permanent position.

Duties of the role include (but certainly are not limited to):

- Scheduling for trade and transport crews




- Coordinating field employees and sub-contractors
- Troubleshooting issues
- Liaising with customer supervisors and trades
- Maintaining accurate and up to date information in our system
- Preparing daily and weekly reports
- Resilient and thrives in pressure situations.
- Is a team player, uses initiative to assist other staff members.
- Excellent rapport building skills - internally and externally.
- Process driven and always looking for opportunities to improve.
- Reliable, effective and effective in their work.
- Highly organised with the ability to prioritise tasks.
- Experience in construction / logistics and demonstrated customer service excellence.
- High level of computer literacy.
