The Onemda Association is seeking a dedicated and passionate Speech Pathologist to join our team. As a Speech Pathologist, you will play a crucial role in providing essential support to individuals with communication and swallowing difficulties.

Key Responsibilities:

- Evaluate and diagnose communication and swallowing disorders
- Develop individualised treatment plans for clients
- Implement therapy interventions to improve clients' speech and language abilities
- Provide counselling and support to clients and their families




- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive care
- Conduct research and contribute to evidence-based practice
- Maintain accurate records of client progress and treatment plans
- Participate in professional development activities to enhance skills and knowledge

Requirements:

- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Speech Pathology
- Valid registration with the Health and Care Professions Council (HCPC)
- Demonstrated experience in assessing and treating communication and swallowing disorders
- Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work effectively within a team
- Excellent verbal and written communication abilities
- Commitment to ongoing career development and learning
