About the role:

You’ll operate as the senior site lead in collaboration with the Project Manager, owning the day-to-day execution of works, managing onsite crew and subcontractors, and ensuring projects are delivered safely, efficiently and in line with Keece standards.

Your responsibilities will include:

Leading and supervising electrical site teams

Coordinating subcontractors and other trades onsite

Managing day-to-day site operations, timelines and labour allocation

Ensuring projects are delivered safely, on time and to Keece quality standards

Proactively identifying variations and site risks

Driving strong site culture and maintaining compliance

You’ll be supported by strong internal systems and leadership that values initiative, accountability, and practical problem solving.

What you need:

Qualified Electrician with a minimum of 3-5 years of commercial fitout experience





Demonstrated experience running projects up to $500K

Proven ability to lead and coordinate site teams

High attention to detail and commitment to quality

Strong problem-solving and fault‑finding skills

EWP, LVR/CPR, and manual driver's license (preferred)
