About the Role

We are currently seeking a motivated and experienced Team Member to join our DC team at our Rowville facility. In this hands‑on role, you will play a key part in ensuring the smooth and productive daily operation of the warehouse.

Key Responsibilities

Operate forklifts (experience required)

Receive and inspect incoming goods

Organize stock with accurate labelling and sorting

Pick and pack customer orders

Prepare shipments, including coordination and documentation

Assist in inventory control, including regular stock counts and reporting on discrepancies, shortages, or damages

About You





A valid LF forklift license with experience operating forklifts, including high reach

Strong organizational skills with excellent attention to detail

A positive attitude and willingness to learn across multiple warehouse functions

A strong commitment to safety and high-quality standards

Physical capability to lift up to 20 kg, including bending and reaching as required

1–2 years experience in a similar role
