We’re now looking for a passionate and service-focused Beauty Advisor to join our team full-time.

The Role:

As a Beauty Advisor, you will play a key role in delivering an exceptional customer experience by providing personalised beauty advice about skincare and cosmetics. You'll be a go-to expert for our customers, helping them look and feel their best while supporting their health and wellness goals. We would love someone who is passionate about educating customers and helping with make-up application advice, products and techniques.

Key Responsibilities:

- Deliver exceptional customer service with a focus on personalised beauty consultations
- Provide expert advice on skincare, cosmetics, haircare, and beauty tools
- Assist customers in selecting suitable products based on their needs and preferences
- Keep up to date with current beauty trends and product knowledge




- Maintain visual merchandising standards and ensure stock is replenished
- Ensure retail environment is presented and stocked well including pricing tickets
- Support pharmacy promotions, events, and loyalty programs
- Work collaboratively with the pharmacy team to meet sales and service targets
- Support register sales as required on a rostered basis

About You:

- A genuine passion for beauty, skincare, and cosmetics
- Previous retail or customer service experience (preferably in beauty or pharmacy)
- Solid communication and interpersonal skills
- Confidence in recommending and demonstrating products
- Well-presented with a friendly, approachable manner
- Self-motivated, reliable, and a team player
- Willingness to learn and grow within the role

Desirable (but not essential):

- Experience working in a pharmacy or beauty retail environment
- Qualifications or training in beauty therapy or skincare
