Acquire Recruitment Solutions is partnered with one of Australia's largest renewable energy providers. Backed by private equity and continuing to experience significant national growth, the business is seeking an experienced Human Resources Advisor to take ownership of itsPeople & Culture function.
This is an standalone, hands‑on HR Generalist role suited to someone who enjoys being the go-to person for all things people. Working closely with the CFO, you'll play a key role in ensuring employees have a positive experience from onboarding through to training, compliance and employee relations.

About the Role
As the HR Advisoryou will take ownership of the day-to-day People & Culture function, ensuring HR processes run smoothly while maintaining a positive and compliant workplace. Duties include, but are not limited to:
- Manage end-to-end onboarding, employment contracts, inductions and employee compliance
- Coordinate some recruitment activities across the business (approximately 10%of the role)
- Manage employee relations matters and provide advice to managers on day-to-day HR issues
- Ensure ongoing compliance with Fair Work legislation, employment standards and company policies
- Coordinate employee training, development and compliance programs
- Support employee engagement initiatives and help foster a positive workplace culture
- Manage visa documentation and employee work rights
- Maintain accurate HR records and personnel files
- Work closely with leaders across the business to provide practical HR support and guidance
About You
- Minimum 5 years’ experience within a similar Human Resources role
- Experience supporting a workforce of 100+ employees
- Knowledge of Fair Work legislation and Australian employment practices
- Experience managing employee relations matters including performance management, workplace investigations, grievances or disciplinary processes
- Demonstrated experience managing onboarding, HR administration and compliance
- Confident working autonomously and taking ownership of the HR function
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
- Highly organised with the ability to manage multiple priorities
