I'm currently partnering with a reputable builder/developer with a strong reputation for delivering quality commercial and multi-residential developments across Brisbane. They are looking for an experienced Site Manager to lead the delivery of a high-rise apartment project in Brisbane.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage day-to-day site operations and subcontractors
- Drive construction programme and coordinate site activities
- Monitor project progress, quality, and HSEQ compliance
- Lead project delivery across both structure and finishes
- Liaise with the project team to ensure programme milestones are achieved

Requirements

- 5+ years' experience as a Site Manager delivering high-rise apartment or multi-residential projects
- Strong experience across both structure and finishes
- Proven ability to lead site teams and manage subcontractors




- Strong understanding of construction sequencing, HSEQ, and site compliance
- QBCC Supervisor Licence is essential
