About you

As well as being an accomplished Registered Nurse and Leader, you will align to our Values ofBold, Warm and Honest.You will be able to demonstrate empathy and the ability to provide excellent clinical care for our residents, whilst effectively leading and supporting a team.

- AHPRA Registration and a bachelor’s degree in nursing
- Knowledge of the Aged Care Funding Instrument (ACFI) is highly regarded
- Experience inleading and training Care and Clinical team members whilst creating an engaging and supportive work culture
- Proficiency using various systems, including online care management programs
- Fully vaccinated for Influenza 2025 and COVID 19 .
