About the role:

As an Energy Credit Specialist based in Adelaide, you'll manage a range of credit and collections matters end-to-end – from hardship and disputes through to complex accounts – using sound, fair judgement to reach the right outcome for customers and for Origin.

You'll also act as a source of subject matter expertise for our Energy Specialist teams, and play a part in shaping how we continuously improve support for customers experiencing financial difficulty.

What will you bring?

Experience in a customer-facing role, ideally within credit, collections or another regulated environment – transferable experience from other industries is just as welcome as would hardship and case management aligned experience

Strong written and verbal communication skills, comfortable adapting your approach across phone,emailand digital channels.

Confidence assessing situations and making balanced, fair decisions, even without a clear-cut answer.

A practical,solutions-focused mindset and genuine care about getting the right outcome for customers.

A team-oriented approach –you'recomfortable sharing insights and supporting your team.

Openness to learning and adapting as therole andour systems evolve – a bachelor's degree or credit compliance experience is a bonus, not essential.
