UGL Transport in Spotswood, Victoria, is seeking an Administration & Timesheet Officer to support payroll, timesheets and site administration for the Manufactuting & Maintenance team.

You will process and validate timesheets, assist payroll submissions, maintain training and competency records, coordinate travel, and prepare reports while delivering accurate, high-quality administrative support on site.
