We are seeking an experienced Florist who can start immediately to join our small team.

Key Responsibilities

- Design and create floral arrangements, including everyday bouquets, flower arrangements, etc
- Manage flower procurement, quality control, care, and inventory to ensure freshness
- Consult with customers, understand their needs, and provide expert advice for custom orders
- Support daily shop operations, promotional displays, and general maintenance

Requirements

- Minimum 1 years’ experience in a florist shop or professional floral design role (Australian floristry experience is highly regarded)
- 25-35 hours a week
- Positive, proactive attitude with strong customer service and teamwork skills
- Must have the legal right to work in Australia (Australian citizen or permanent resident)
