What you'll do

Provide legal advice and representation to clients navigating the complexities of family law, including:

- Divorce and Separation: Advising on legal separation and formal divorce processes
- Parenting Arrangements:



Negotiating child custody and living arrangements
- Property Settlements: Dividing shared assets and spousal maintenance
- Domestic Violence: Securing protection orders and related legal safety measures

Facilitate alternative mediation, draft binding financial agreements, and represent clients in the Federal Circuit and Family Court of Australia.

What you'll need

- A current Australian practising certificate.
- We're open to lawyers at every level, from those who have just received their practising certificate through to senior associates
- Family law experience or a genuine passion for building a career in family law
- Strong communication skills and a compassionate approach to client care
