You will greet members and guests, monitor club access, answer questions, and help with membership sales and data entry. A customer-focused attitude and familiarity with a POS system are essential.
The role requires excellent communication, reliability, and the ability to work independently within a casual employment arrangement. Training will cover JFZ explanations and daily club operations.
